You’ll operate across the stack: designing, shipping, and maintaining everything from frontend product experiences to backend services that power strategy, data, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who likes shipping end-to-end, cares about craft, and enjoys working in a small team with high ownership.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain frontend applications (web and/or mobile) and backend APIs powering core product experiences.\n\nWork closely with research/quant and product teams to turn investment logic, simulations, and data pipelines into reliable product surfaces.\n\nBuild internal dashboards, tools, and data visualizations for monitoring portfolios, experiments, and operational workflows.\n\nOwn features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and iteration.\n\nMaintain high standards for code quality, usability, reliability, and performance.\n\nImprove developer velocity through good systems: CI/CD, tooling, clear interfaces, and pragmatic documentation.\n\nRequirements\n3+ years experience as a full stack engineer (startup, product team, or high-ownership environment).\n\nStrong skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend development (Python, Node, Go, etc.).\n\nExperience building, testing, and deploying production web applications.\n\nExperience designing and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL), plus strong understanding of data modeling and system boundaries.\n\nSolid fundamentals: debugging, performance, and reliability in real-world systems.\n\nAbility to work autonomously, prioritize well, and thrive in a fast-moving, research-driven culture.\n\nComfort leveraging modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to increase output while maintaining maintainability and structure.\n\n(Optional) Experience with mobile development (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter).\n\n(Optional) Experience with financial systems, portfolio data, or high-stakes UX.\n\nWhy Join ATG\nWe're building a small, elite team.
