1. 聚焦商業問題，規劃數據專案與執行：以數據與AI應用為核心，深入了解產險業務需求，規劃並執行可落地的解決方案（例如AI Agent、機器學習預測模型等）。

2. 數據技術應用與開發建置：

  • 調研AI 與新科技應用趨勢，協助規劃數據產品與專案方向。
  • 數據探索、模型與AI功能設計與開發，確保技術方案的實用性與可行性。

3. 跨部門協作與落地推動：與業務、技術及產品團隊密切合作，推動專案從規劃到落地的全流程執行。

4. 專案成果效益分析與優化：追蹤專案落地實施效果，確保用戶反饋與持續優化應用。
