Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Scientist Tech Lead to join our team in Taipei. This is a full-time, on-site position for a senior professional who combines strong research capability with hands-on engineering expertise. You will lead the exploration and development of cutting-edge AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and AI agent systems, to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-spanning product, engineering, and business units-to design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered applications that drive innovation and measurable impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct research on frontier AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and AI engineering methodologies.
2. Evaluate and benchmark the technological strategies and product offerings of leading global AI companies.
3. Define and design the enterprise AI technical framework, architecture, and development roadmap for the organization.
4. Develop AI prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate new ideas and accelerate product innovation.
5. Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate and deploy AI solutions within production environments.
