2.應功能需求進行需求訪談、彙整需求並進行系統分析/系統設計
3. 設計測試案例並驗證產出的系統符合需求，並協助 QA 進行測試
4. 進行專案過程中必要之溝通協調工作。確立需求並明確規格，且持續推進與掌握相關業務之進展，與團隊共同合作完成目標
5. 系統日常優化與維運作業
