Come deliver this transformation.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Implementation Specialist to drive the successful implementation and adoption of Commure's product suite across our enterprise healthcare clients. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth client onboarding, rapid time-to-value, and will involve leading a team of implementation specialists while managing our most strategic client relationships.\n_ This role is entirely remote-based with travel requirements up to 50% _\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive activation projects for new strategic clients, from kickoff to go-live and steady state\n\nDefine and standardize implementation methodologies and best practices across the organization\n\nDevelop and execute comprehensive implementation plans aligned with client objectives and timelines\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical staff, and administrative personnel during the implementation\n\nConfigure and customize Commure solutions to meet specific client requirements and workflows\n\nDesign and build custom operational tools and dashboards using Retool to support client implementations and track metrics\n\nCreate and maintain data pipelines and analytics workflows to monitor implementation progress\n\nDevelop SQL queries and scripts to analyze client usage patterns and adoption metrics\n\nDesign and deliver training programs for various user groups (providers, staff, administrators)\n\nEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure implementation success\n\nBuild automated reporting solutions to track implementation progress and success metrics\n\nOwn and nurture C-level relationships during the activation phase, ensuring high satisfaction and adoption\n\nCreate and maintain implementation documentation, best practices, and process improvements\n\nCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues during implementation\n\nDrive continuous improvement of implementation processes based on metrics and feedback\n\nWhat You Have\nBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Computer Science, or related technical field\n\n3+ years of experience in SaaS technology, healthcare technology or a similar role\n\nTechnical aptitude with basic data analysis capabilities i.e. SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau)\n\nExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic implementations simultaneously\n\nSuperior communication and presentation skills, particularly with stakeholders\n\nExperience with change management and stakeholder engagement at enterprise scale\n\nAbility to travel 25% of time (upwards of 50% based on site/client) for on-site client engagement\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with AI/ML technologies in healthcare\n\nStrong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems (especially Epic)\n\nExperience with low-code platforms (Retool preferred) for creating operational dashboards and tools\n\nAbility to write and understand basic JavaScript/SQL for customizing implementations\n\nBackground in clinical documentation or medical scribing\n\nPlease be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @ getathelas.com, @ commure.com or @ augmedix.com.
