Come deliver this transformation.\nAbout the Role\nWe're hiring a Director of GTM Engineering to architect and operate our growth engine from the ground up. This isn't a \"manage the agency\" role, though. You'll be the one designing the system, wiring the stack, running the experiments, and shipping the assets. You think in funnels and frameworks, build measurement infrastructure before you launch campaigns, and treat go-to-market as an engineering discipline: instrument, test, iterate, scale.\nYou'll work directly with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand to turn signal into pipeline, and you'll be the one who actually builds the things that make that happen.\nWhat You'll Do\nThe Growth System\nDesign and own the full-funnel growth architecture: paid (search, social, programmatic, video), organic (SEO, content, web), ABM, partnerships, and referral.\n\nBuild the experimentation infrastructure, test frameworks, audience segmentation, offer variants, landing page scaffolding, and run rapid learning cycles.\n\nEngineer the demand-to-pipeline path: ICP definitions, routing logic, handoff SLAs, and Sales feedback loops.\n\nIdentify new channels and build the playbook before you scale spend.\n\nThe Stack\nInstrument the growth funnel end-to-end across Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4, Webflow/CMS, and attribution/BI tooling.\n\nPartner with RevOps and Analytics to establish taxonomy, data hygiene standards, and attribution models that hold up under scrutiny.\n\nBuild dashboards and reporting infrastructure that make the \"what's working\" question answerable in real time.\n\nThe Creative System\nTranslate brand narrative into a modular creative system: reusable components, briefing templates, concept libraries, and asset testing frameworks.\n\nBrief internal partners and external agencies with enough precision that output is consistent and on-brand without requiring constant oversight.\n\nEnsure every touchpoint, ads, pages, nurture, physical, reinforces positioning.\n\nAgency & Vendor Operations\nBuild the operating model for external partners (media, creative, CRO, SEO): clear briefs, performance expectations, and accountability structures.\n\nNegotiate scope, track outcomes, and keep learning velocity high.\n\nCross-Functional Alignment\nServe as the DRI for growth: set strategy, run the operating cadence, and align Sales, RevOps, Product, and Brand around clear priorities.\n\nBuild influence without line authority, turn stakeholders into an integrated growth squad.\n\nCommunicate trade-offs, experiment results, and investment guidance in crisp, decision-ready formats.\n\nWhat You Have\nSenior, hands-on experience building integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS; healthtech experience a plus.\n\nYou're equally comfortable instrumenting a funnel as writing a high-conversion brief, and you've shipped real things in both modes.\n\nStrong systems instinct: you design processes, taxonomies, and operating cadences that other people can actually use.\n\nYou influence without authority, move fast with incomplete information, and maintain high standards while doing it.\n\nA bias toward building: when something doesn't exist, you make it.\n\nNice to Have\nBuilt ABM motions in close partnership with Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales.\n\nRun product-led and sales-led motions in parallel.\n\nWorked with data science on incrementality testing or advanced attribution.\n\nScaled a performance creative system across channels, briefing, asset libraries, structured testing.\n\nPlease be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @ getathelas.com, @ commure.com or @ augmedix.com.
