Come deliver this transformation.\nAbout the Role\nCommure is seeking a back-end engineer to help build our cutting-edge Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform from the ground up. Our EHR Engineering Team owns all EHR features end-to-end, closely integrating with AI and RCM teams to deliver a seamless, data-driven healthcare experience for providers and patients.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop High-Quality Solutions : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that brings our EHR vision to life.\n\nBuild Data Pipelines and Infrastructure: Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines for internal and external healthcare data sources, ensuring data quality and high availability.\n\nLead Migrations and Data Strategy: Drive end-to-end execution of complex data migrations to launch clients while minimizing downtime and ensuring integrity.\n\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with product, design, AI, and RCM teams to refine requirements and deliver robust, user-friendly features.\n\nChampion Engineering Excellence : Ensure coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews are upheld to the highest standards, fostering a culture of operational excellence.\n\nWhat You Have\n3+ years of professional software development industry experience\n\nProficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, or similar) and frameworks\n\nExperience with entire modern backend development stack, including but not limited to Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational DBs, and monitoring / alerting tools\n\nProven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\n\nPlease be aware that all official communication from us will come exclusively from email addresses ending in @ getathelas.com, @ commure.com or @ augmedix.com.
