You’ll have autonomy when you want it, and support when you need it.\nKey Responsibilities\nOptimize your client's time and priorities through strategic thinking and proactive execution\n\nManage high-stakes scheduling, communications, and complex logistics\n\nDrive research and strategic initiatives forward\n\nBuild trust with your client's extended network and stakeholders\n\nCreate executive-ready presentations and content\n\nAnticipate needs and solve problems before being asked\n\nCollaborate with your client's executive coach to ensure aligned priorities and seamless execution\n\nThe Athena Hub Model\nThis role requires living within 80km of our Guatemala City Hub for:\nIntensive onboarding: Two weeks of immersive, onsite training\n\nOngoing development: Monthly Hub sessions and continuous learning\n\nCommunity: Work alongside ambitious, values-aligned peers\n\nResponsiveness: Ability to report onsite within ~2 hours when needed\n\nYou're a great fit if you:\nCommunicate with clarity, confidence, and discretion\n\nThrive in high-performance environments with shifting priorities\n\nAre relentlessly proactive and exceptionally organized\n\nHave strong English communication skills (written and spoken)\n\nAre tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)\n\nWant career growth, not just a job\n\nCan work full-time (40 hours/week), often aligned to U.S. time zones\n\nAre fully committed (no side gigs or other employment)\n\nWhat to Expect\nTraining Phase (6 weeks):\nIntensive onsite training designed for your success\n\nHMO coverage begins week 3\n\nYou're considered a trainee under our training contract during this period\n\n Technical Requirements\nA suitable WFH setup in Guatemala City\n\nStable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps)\n\nDevice with minimum specs:\n8th gen Intel i5 or better / Ryzen 5 3000+ / Mac Core i5 (2017+)\n\n8GB RAM (16GB recommended)\n\nYou'll use your personal device during training.
