We cover strategy and readiness, field data and last-mile reach, design and build, evaluation and audit, and scale and production.\n440+ engagements · 240+ global clients · 85+ specialists · 7 countries · 5 continents\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nCreative Design: Create social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations, infographics and other marketing collaterals in line with APLYD’s brand identity.\nVideo Editing: Edit short-form videos, reels, interviews, event highlights and thought leadership content for digital platforms.\nVisual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas around AI, government and public services into clear, engaging visual formats.\nAI Tools and Experimentation: Use AI-powered design, image generation, video editing and animation tools to improve creative workflows and explore new formats.\nOriginality and Creative Thinking: Develop original concepts and visual ideas rather than relying on generic AI-generated templates. Exercise creative judgement and ensure all outputs are distinctive, relevant and aligned with the brand.\nBrand Consistency: Maintain visual consistency across digital channels, presentations, website assets and campaign materials.\nContent Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, events and digital content.\nLearning and Improvement: Explore emerging design tools, seek feedback and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative output.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nPursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film or a related discipline.\nBasic proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.\nFamiliarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent.\nHands-on interest in AI-powered design, image generation, animation and video editing tools.\nStrong visual sense, creativity and an ability to translate ideas into original designs.\nUnderstanding of typography, layout, colour and visual storytelling.\nA portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, originality and design skills (academic and personal projects are welcome).\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple assignments and deliver quality work within tight deadlines.\nProactive, detail-oriented and open to feedback and experimentation.\n\nAthena's Work Culture\nAt Athena, we function in an outcomes-based work environment with flexible hours and a high level of autonomy.
