As part of the Athena team, you'll help build and scale the infrastructure that makes these incredible partnerships possible.\nPartnership Manager\nThe Role Overview\nAs a Partnership Manager, you'll be the bridge between Athena Clients and their Executive Assistants. You'll set the foundation for a successful partnership by building relationships with clients, understanding what success looks like for them, and making sure their EA has everything they need to deliver exceptional support. When things don't go as planned, you're the one who steps in to keep the partnership on track.\nPartnership Manager\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain exceptional partnerships\nGet to know clients and their Executive Assistants well enough to anticipate needs and step in when it matters most\n\nUnderstand each client's business and personal strategies to determine their priorities and capabilities\n\nAlign EA capabilities and resources to help clients reach their goals\n\nIdentify opportunities to deepen partnerships and drive mutual success\n\nManage through challenges\nResolve conflicts quickly and diplomatically when partnerships hit rough patches\n\nEnsure clients are always covered, even when unforeseen circumstances arise\n\nPrioritize Athena's business interests and profitability while seeking mutually beneficial outcomes\n\nDevelop and lead your team\nLead a team of 15-20 Executive Assistants with coaching, feedback, and development\n\nProvide resources, training, and support necessary for EAs to consistently deliver world-class service\n\nSet clear goals and track performance metrics\n\nHold your team accountable for results and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance\n\nThink strategically and operate globally\nBlend operational expertise with relationship management to optimize processes and enhance client satisfaction\n\nNavigate cultural nuances across multiple countries and time zones\n\nDrive continuous improvement in how we serve clients\n\nWhat You Bring\nRequired experience:\n2+ years managing teams and developing talent\n\n2+ years working with international stakeholders (ideally American clients)\n\nProven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively\n\nExperience managing client relationships\n\nStrong coaching skills with experience creating individualized development plans\n\nExperience conducting root cause analysis and creating action plans\n\nComfort working night shifts and rotating schedules\n\nRequired skills:\nExcellent English communication (written and verbal)\n\nStrong relationship-buildingabilities with executives and cross-functional teams\n\nStrategic thinking and business acumen\n\nPerformance management and accountability\n\nAdaptability in fast-paced environments\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or
