EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES\nKNOWLEDGE\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAt least 2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or a similar role.\nBasic knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR administrative procedures.\nFamiliarity with employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, and employee records management.\nBasic understanding of social insurance, health insurance, and work permit or visa procedures, where applicable\nSKILLS\nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.\nGood written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to handle employee inquiries and workplace concerns professionally.\nProficiency in MS Office and general HR systems or software.\nGood English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nATTITUDE\nDemonstrate a high level of responsibility, accountability, and confidentiality when handling employee information.\nMaintain a positive, proactive, and supportive attitude toward employees and colleagues.\nShow empathy, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset when addressing employee concerns.\nBe detail-oriented, careful, and committed to accuracy in HR processes and documentation.\nDemonstrate adaptability and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.\nIV.
