Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September.\nThese are in-office internships onsite at our West Des Moines locatedat 7700 Mills Civic Parkway.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nProvides accurateestimates for assigned unitof development.\n\nDemonstrates abilityto resolve routine programming issues.\n\nDocuments own code and producestechnical design documentation with guidance from senior members.\n\nDevelops small to medium-sizeapplications.\n\nPerforms application testing to assuredelivery meets the user’s requirements.\n\nAssistsproject managers in conducting fact-findings, which will result in the formulation and definition of the system scope and objectivesfor developing or modifyinginformation software applications.\n\nFollows and adheres ofinternal policies and procedures (standards, controlsand metrics).\n\nBasic understanding of coding best practices\n\nWhat You Need to Bring:\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nCurrently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nAbility to interpret detailed project specifications and business requirements to develop program logic and code.\n\nDemonstrates basic understanding of Project Management and SDLC processes.\n\nAbility to prioritize tasks within the project and work with minimal supervision or guidance.\n\nProcess and detail oriented with the ability to grasp complex business workflows and processes.\n\nExperience in the financial services industry is a plus.\n\nC#, .NetMVC, Angular, AWS/Azure cloud experience a plus\n\nBONUS EXPERIENCE (Not Required)\nFamiliarity with artificial intelligence concepts, generative AI, machine learning, or large language models.\n\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools-such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools-or working with AI services and APIs, such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML services, or OpenAI APIs.\n\nDrive.
