Candidates will gain valuable experience across multiple departments and contribute meaningfully to business growth.\nPOSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nLead the retail store as Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.\n\nEducate and train staff on best-in-class customer service practices and the Athletic Annex fitting process to maintain service excellence.\n\nSupport Store Managers in the day-to-day operations of the brick-and-mortar locations.\n\nMaintain clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales floors in alignment with brand standards.\n\nEducate and support in-store team members on digital and adjacent operational tasks, such as fulfilling eCommerce orders.\n\nTrack, fulfill, and resolve EDI dropship orders in coordination with vendor and operations teams.\n\nAssist the Outside Marketing, Workplace Fit, and Expo Manager with external sales events and brand activations.\n\nParticipate in inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.\n\nTake on special projects as assigned, supporting broader team initiatives and learning opportunities.\n\nAttend weekly Leadership Meetings with all Mangers and Assistant Managers\n\nQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
