This person will focus on tracking and recording Inventory movements supporting our worldwide business as goods flow from producers to manufacturers and our ultimate end customers. This role will also assist the Revenue, Cash Applications, and Accounts Receivable cycle for the business as we continue to add revenue streams and additional international regions to our customer base. This role will also include some exposure to treasury-related work, such as cash reporting and monitoring company cash accounts. We are looking for someone who can successfully navigate through a high-volume of critical (and often, shifting) needs, while not skipping a beat.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\n\nEnsure accurate inventory levels between NetSuite and global 3PL and co-manufacturer network \n\nEvaluate purchase price and quantity variances throughout the inventory cycle, providing insights into reasons for fluctuations and communicating downstream impacts to changing prices\n\nCoordinate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate tracking of inventory-related fluctuations and proactively flag associated risks and opportunities \n\nAccount for the cash payment flows from customer acquisition to ultimate deposit into our bank accounts\n\nEnsure all revenue streams in multiple countries of origin are reconciled to sales orders for each region\n\nPerform Treasury-related activities, including cash reporting, monitoring and funding company cash accounts, assisting with wire transfers, and recording related journal entries\n\nCrosstrain within the accounting department to enable coverage of Cash, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Accruals, and Leases\n\nReconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned, utilizing Floqast software and NetSuite ERP\n\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, accounting controls, and learn and grow with the business as we expand internationally\n\nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR\n\n5+ years of general accounting experience with a proven track record of reliability and attention to detail. For this particular role, the base salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role.
