improving lives.\n Position Summary: \nThe Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the Talent Development and employee engagement strategy including successful execution of leadership development and enterprise-wide onboarding training programs.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupports the execution and management of enterprise-wide talent development programs and initiatives including leadership training, onboarding and mentoring programs.\nCreates and designs training materials (including eLearning courses) in Microsoft Office, Canva, and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate 360).\nSupports change management and employee engagement process enhancements to assist with employee retention and engagement.\nPlans and executes employee engagement initiatives including in-person training, and employee onboarding and new hire orientation programs utilizing best practice research and technology that drives connectivity and cohesion within the Athletico culture.\nFacilitate and supports ongoing education sessions through employee focus groups at various organization levels to gather input and socialize feedback.\nServe as a facilitator for training and onboarding programs.\nLeverage Microsoft Teams to develop and manage pre- and ongoing post-training learning, the learning impact and overall training program completion and effectiveness.\nAssist with the planning and implementation of training programs within the Company’s Learning Management System (MedBridge), including annual compliance and recurring business training initiatives\nOngoing interaction with management and employees to evaluate success of training methods and employee performance while continuously improving training the content development process.\nSupport other talent development initiatives as needed including managing the Talent Development shared inbox.\nQualifications:\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education or fields related to training and development\n\nWork Experience:3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Org Development or Human Resources\n5 years of administrative and/or training program planning experience preferred.\n\nKnowledge and Technical Skills:Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills \nDemonstrated training coordination, design and delivery skills\nExperience working with learning management systems and eLearning tools\nAbility to prioritize workload, manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines\nAbility to work independently and on cross-functional project teams\nExcellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, persuade and influence to build enthusiasm and commitment\nAdvanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills\nAbility to influence, lead and manage projects in a matrix environment.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nExceptional relationship building skills \nProcess and results-oriented problem-solver focused on inspiring the organization towards continuous improvements that positively impact the organization\n\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to read, write and speak English proficiently.\nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to fulfill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time
