This is accomplished through building on our Core Values of one team, understanding our business, recognition, people-focused, accountability, continuous innovation and trust and integrity, which are the foundation for our unique culture.\nPosition Summary:\nProvide analytics, insights and support strategic plans and growth opportunities for Athletico while responsible for annual budgeting, monthly forecast, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, and market research.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLeverage budgeting templates and tools to develop initial budget in participation of the annual budget and reforecast processes. Work interactively with operations to finalize budget; prepare summary reports and communicate to finance leadership team.\nEnsure overall accuracy of planning and forecasting; review and diagnose variances to the plan and forecast.\nAnalyze and develop insights related to key drivers of revenue and cost of revenue across platform to guide decision-making and forecasting.\nPreparation and review of monthly financial reporting including extracting and aggregating financial data; preparing summary spreadsheets, graphs and tables; evaluating performance metrics, and highlighting notable issues and trends.\nWork with FP&A team on high profile deliverables presented by Finance senior leadership team including high level presentations of financial trends and performance, major capital projects and other company initiatives.\nPerform detailed review of financial variance reports and identify any operational or performance concerns and the underlying drivers. Proactively present findings to finance management.\nWork collaboratively with Resource Center teams to determine reporting and analytic needs and assist with proforma analytics.\nCreate forecasting reports and provide summarized actionable analysis for business decision- making.\nQualifications:\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business, FinanceorAccounting\n\nWork Experience:3 years of relevant experience in FP&A and/or financial reporting\nHealthcare industry experience preferred\n\nCertification/Licensure: Certified Public Accountant preferred\n\nKnowledge and Technical Skills:Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint: efficient database sourcing, utilization of standard Excel functions (sumif/s, v/hlookup, index/match, indirect, pivot tables, data tables, filters) to aggregate and summarize data, creation of graphs in proper context of data presented, use of best practices for insuring data integrity, design of executive/board level presentation quality outputs.\nExperience with Power BI a strongly preferred\nKeen analytic, organization and problem solving skills which allows for strategic data interpretation\n\nLanguage Skills:\nAbility to read, write and speak English proficiently\nPhysical Demands:\nAbility to fulfill office activities including but not limited to remain stationary for extended periods of time (i.e. while working at a desk), stoop/kneel/crouch, travel around the office, communicate with others (verbal and written), and use fine motor skills including fine hand manipulation and keyboarding.\nAbility to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\nWork Environment: \nConsistent with a standard office environment, noise level is low with little to no extraordinary environmental factors.\nAthletico provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
