This role combines robotics engineering, systems integration, and customer-facing technical support, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful deployments and reliable system performance.\nKey Responsibities\nAMR Deployment & Integration\nInstall, configure, test, and commission AMRs at customer sites.\nAssess customer workflows and facility layouts to support solution design and deployment planning.\nValidate robot navigation, fleet coordination, and system performance.\nTechnical Support & Troubleshooting\nDiagnose hardware, software, firmware, and integration issues using system logs and diagnostic tools.\nPerform root-cause analysis, firmware updates, sensor calibration, and system testing.\nUse Python, C/C++, and Linux-based tools for debugging and performance validation.\nCustomer Support & Collaboration\nProvide on-site and remote support during deployments, ramp-up, and ongoing operations.\nConduct technical demonstrations and train customers on AMR operation and basic troubleshooting.\nCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve issues and improve system reliability.\nMaintain service reports, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.\nTravel frequently across the U.S., with occasional customer visits to Canada and Mexico.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3+ years of experience in robotics, systems integration, field service engineering, or industrial automation.\nTravel: Frequent travel across the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada and Mexico\nEligibility: U.S. Citizenship required\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nHands-on experience with AMRs, AGVs, or industrial robotic systems.\nProficiency in Linux, Python, and C/C++.\nKnowledge of embedded systems, firmware, sensor integration, and hardware-software troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with SLAM-based navigation, robot localization, fleet management, and industrial communication protocols.\nStrong diagnostic, problem-solving, and customer communication skills.\nWillingness to travel frequently across the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada and Mexico.\nPreferred Experience\nAMR/AGV deployments in manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, or logistics environments.\nExperience integrating robots with industrial equipment, networks, or customer systems.\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar
