The primary role of Reliability Engineer is to continuously improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of equipment and processes through the on-going implementation and development of the 8 Pillars of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance). A successful Reliability Engineer will administer and further enhance the use of our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Infor EAM. The Reliability Engineer plays a critical role that will inspire a culture of zero breakdowns, zero defects, and zero accidents.\nEssential Functions:\nProvide leadership and support to facility staff in refining our Infrastructure reliability improvement efforts. \nMentor and train employees in the various concepts and tools of equipment reliability improvement.\nWork with equipment distributors, installers and OEM’s to define on-going Preventive Maintenance tasks.\nWork with maintenance staff to develop and update maintenance procedures for new/existing equipment.\nExpand Predictive Maintenance activities (Oil Analysis, Thermography, Vibration Analysis, etc.).\nSupport / lead various equipment reliability improvement efforts / teams for our critical equipment (TPM Events, Design for Reliability Analysis (DfR), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Spare Parts Analysis, Life Cycle Analysis, etc.).\nPerform duties of CMMS system administrator.\nBasic Requirements\nBachelor of Science Degree - Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nFive years of increasing responsibilities in the principles and practices of Reliability Engineering best practices. \nHands-on experience using CMMS system and retrieving equipment related information and data.\nProficiency with computers, maintenance systems, SQL, and Microsoft Office.\nProficiency with data analysis (Reliability Modelling / Prediction, Statistical Analyses, Six Sigma, etc.).\nPreferred Experience\nCertified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)\n*It is ATI's policy to not provide immigration sponsorship for any of the company's positions.\nATI and its subsidiary companies will provide equal employment opportunities to all applicants without regard to applicant's race, color, religion, sex, gender, genetic information, national origin, age, veteran status, disability status, or any other status protected be federal or state law.
