performance targets\nIs This You?\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field\n English proficiency of CEFR B2 or above\n Willing to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays\n Willing to be based in BSD and/or Jakarta\n Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately \n Good analytical and problem-solving skills \n Strong organizational and time management skills \n Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders \n Experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or shared services through full-time work, internships, or relevant academic projects \n Experience in processing high volumes of transactions or operational tasks \n Familiarity with ERP systems, financial systems, or business operation platforms \n Experience working in a BPO, shared services, or multinational
