Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis. \n Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred. \n Willing to work full WFO and/or in shifts, depending on business requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily finance operational (Account Receivable, Account Payable, Reconciliation) activities to ensure timely, accurate, and consistent delivery.\n Monitor team productivity, work quality, and adherence to established processes and guidelines. \n Manage task allocation, workload distribution, and workflow priorities based on business requirements. \n Investigate and resolve operational issues, exceptions, and escalations in a timely manner. \n Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions. \n Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality. \n Prepare and monitor operational reports, performance updates, and other reporting requirements. \n Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address operational concerns and ensure smooth execution. \n Coach, guide, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, quality, and performance expectations. \n Provide hands-on support in handling complex operational cases and escalations when
