In this role, you will support Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Managers across multiple geographies by providing efficient and effective recruitment coordination services. This apprenticeship is offered as a 6-month contractual opportunity, providing valuable exposure to recruitment operations within a global organization.\nYour role\nTo perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:\nProvide operational day to day support to Recruitment Advisors and Recruitment Partners.\nDevelop understanding of recruitment processes and apply these in a consistent manner.\nMaintain and update AtkinsRéalis Recruitment Management System - Job creation & posting, Interview scheduling, Document Management, background screening & Checking and other activities.\nRespond to queries from internal and external customers in a prompt and courteous manner.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment processes implementing changes when required.\nAdhere to the AtkinsRéalis recruitment policies and processes applying best practice in recruitment co-ordination activities.\nEscalate issues and blockages to the relevant Recruitment Advisor or the Recruitment Manager, in order that resolutions can be sought.\nSupport with redeployment administration activities when as and when required.\nProvide coordination support to other regional recruitment coordinators when required. \nAbout you\nThe ideal candidate will have proven co-ordination and administration expertise. Although this expertise will have ideally been gained within a Recruitment environment. Candidate will be able to demonstrate:\nGraduate or Post-graduate in HRM for a reputed institute, with minimum of 0-6 months of experience. \nThe capability to plan and schedule work in line with changing priorities.\nStrong administrative and organisation skills. \nAbility to work with high volume workload and tight deadlines. \nCustomer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude. \nA strong sense of attention to detail with a focus on service delivery. \nExperience of using recruitment management systems (Workday) is advantageous. \nProficiency in the use of MS Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook. \nKnowledge/experience of Office 365 - SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate. \nExposure to Social Media branding in-line with corporate guidelines.\nRewards & benefit\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
