This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on challenging infrastructure projects, gaining hands-on experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures for water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure.\nYou will receive structured training, mentoring, and exposure to industry-leading engineering software, design standards, and multidisciplinary project environments while contributing to the delivery of sustainable engineering solutions.\nYour Role\nAs an Apprentice Structural Engineer, you will:\nSupport the analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures for water and infrastructure projects.\nAssist in the design of tanks, chambers, pumping stations, retaining walls, foundations, pipe supports, kiosks, and other utility structures.\nPrepare engineering calculations, design reports, technical notes, and design documentation.\nDevelop structural models using software such as Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Tekla Tedds, Revit, and AutoCAD.\nAssist in structural assessments for dead loads, live loads, hydrostatic loads, soil pressures, wind loads, uplift, and seismic actions.\nSupport reinforcement detailing, quantity take-offs, and production of engineering drawings.\nWork closely with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, BIM, and Geotechnical teams to deliver coordinated engineering designs.\nParticipate in design reviews, technical workshops, and project meetings.\nLearn and apply engineering standards, quality procedures, and digital engineering practices.\nAbout You\nMaster’s Degree in Structural Engineering with a strong academic background.\nGood understanding of structural engineering fundamentals and reinforced concrete design.\nKnowledge of one or more structural design codes and standards such as, Indian Standards (IS Codes), Eurocodes (EN Standards) etc.\nFamiliarity with structural analysis and design software such as Robot, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Tekla Tedds, SAP2000, or similar tools.\nExposure to AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM tools would be advantageous.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nEnthusiasm to learn and develop within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.\nAbility to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality technical work.\nRewards & benefit\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
