Through a wide range of both company sponsored and self-led training opportunities throughout the year, you’ll build on the skills & professional accreditation you’ll need to create and lead a positive, constructive and inclusive working environment\nYour role\nCollaboration - Working in the client team with leadership, project managers, contractors, and internal managers.\nCost Management - Monitoring project costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget. Validating contractor and supplier costs & payments.\nReporting - Providing regular input to financial reports to ensure our clients have confidence in their project outcomes.\nProcurement - Supporting the procurement team in evaluating and appointing contractors.\nContract Administration - Administering various contract types, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions. Supporting with contract change by reviewing validity, quotations and ensuring timely submissions and agreement. Working closely with the team to maintain accurate and comprehensive project records.\nRisk and Value Management - Identifying, analysing, and mitigating commercial risks.
