Aviation Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in New York, NY.
Your role
- Split time between on site and office/remote.
- Report to Project Director and/or Lead Project Manager.
- Work in Owner's Rep atmosphere managing multiple projects.
- Coordinate with client, contractor, design team and stakeholders.
- Review project schedule and budgets, analysis change orders for entitlement, prepare weekly/monthly reports, provide support as needed and manage assistant project managers.
- Manage project files and internal reporting programs.
About you
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Project Manager with 6-10 years of experience working in Aviation and/or Hospitality.
- Knowledge of project management programs. PMP or CCM equivalent preferred.
- Travel required to local airports (JFK, LGA, NWK).

Additional information
Expected compensation range is between $104,000- $173,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
