This role will be based at our AtkinsRéalisoffice in Cairo Office , Egypt\nYour role\nTo perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:\nTo be part of the AtkinsRéalis Middle East delivery team.\nTo lead and manage CAD/BIM packages with minimal supervision.\nTo technically supervise and mentor CAD/BIM technicians.\nTo ensure deliverables meet client scope, budget, and quality expectations.\nTo implement and enforce CAD/BIM standards across projects.\nTo identify training needs and support team development.\nTo support project teams in proposal and delivery phases.\nAbout you\nQualification\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering with more than 5 years of experience in delivering multidisciplinary projects. Advanced knowledge of CAD/BIM tools, team leadership, and coordination with project management and senior engineering teams is essential.\nResponsibilities\nCapable of independently producing Revit models in coordination with Architecture/MEP.\nStrong experience in reinforced concrete and steel structures.\nAble to develop GA’s, sections, and detailed drawings (RC and Steel) independently.\nCompetent in checking and assigning detailing work.\nEnsures drawings comply with UK/ME regional standards.\nDemonstrates understanding of commercial aspects of project management.\nLeads innovation and continuous improvement within the team.\nTeamwork\nActs as both a team member and a leader.\nFosters team building and collaboration.\nShares knowledge and supports team development.\nTakes initiative to align team efforts with project goals.\nParticipates in company social and team-building activities.\nPersonal Effectiveness/Time Management\nManages multiple assignments and changing priorities effectively.\nEnsures timely and cost-effective task completion.\nDelegates and monitors tasks to ensure delivery.\nOrganizing and Planning\nPlans and prioritizes tasks for self and team.\nContinuously seeks efficient ways to improve quality and output.\nControls technical quality of deliverables.\nAligns personal career goals with team and project objectives.\nLeadership / influence\nProvides technical guidance and mentorship.\nDemonstrates initiative and leadership in small teams.\nResponsive to internal and external client needs.\nEncourages innovation and motivates team members.\nCommunication\nCommunicates clearly and effectively with team and supervisors.\nIssues precise instructions and provides constructive feedback.\nShares technical ideas confidently and concisely.\nAddresses challenges proactively and collaboratively.\nSummary\nA proactive and enthusiastic professional with strong leadership and technical skills.
