This position requires strong experience in Waste Water Treatment Plants, a thorough understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Construction Manager will be based on an exciting Waste Water Treatment Plant infrastructure project based on the Island of Vancouver.\n\nYour role\nLead and oversee all construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and successful project delivery.\nEnsure that all construction works are in accordance with design specifications and are carried out in accordance with budget, schedule, and quality standards.\nProvide field execution leadership and a broad range of high quality and reliable construction expertise in a proactive manner.\nProvide technical and administrative leadership and guidance to construction personnel on site.\nMaintain ongoing communication with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.\nPlan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction execution, including resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and performance monitoring.\nAbout you\nMinimum of 15 years of professional experience in construction management.\nMinimum 10 years of on-site experience working in highly regulated, complex operational environments.\nMinimum 10 years of professional experience delivering large Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant projects.\nExperience with Metro Vancouver projects is a plus.\nStrong technical capability across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably on major Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant programs and projects.\nDemonstrable experience leading project reporting, performance management, and decision-making processes.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions with diverse stakeholder groups.\nRecognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field.\n\nAbout AtkinsRéalis\nWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
