So, ask us about some of our recent pledges for Women's Equality and being a 'Disability Confident' and 'Inclusive Employer’.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and lead a small team of quantity surveyors with mentorship and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.\nResponsible for developing and implementing robust cost control processes and procedures to support project budgeting, cost estimations/ monitoring and forecasting.\nWork closely with the multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide advice and guidance on contractual matters, claims management, and dispute resolution.\nPrepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents to support the bidding and procurement process.\nResponsible for analysing project financial data and performance metrics to identify any cost savings opportunities and optimize project margin.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and cost management.\nContribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by providing input on business development, resource planning, and operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nAn ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:\nDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering discipline.\nBe a Chartered professional member with a recognised Quantity Surveying professional institute (HKIS, RICS)\nMin 5-10 years of relevant experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes and cost control methodologies\nHave strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills; and\nThe role will be based in our Hong Kong Office.\nNear native fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
