Data Analyst - KPIs & Report

Job Description

Overview

Support the monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance across the bus network to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Critical Performance Standards (CPS).

Your role

• Monitor contractor performance against defined KPIs, SLAs, and CPS requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for performance tracking.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
• Support preparation of periodic performance reports for client and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to validate performance data.
• Track corrective actions and follow up on performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of performance data.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in performance monitoring, analytics, or reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in transport, infrastructure, or O&M environments preferred.
