This role is responsible for managing multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring design excellence, aligning with brand standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions in line with project timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.\nYour role\nLead the architectural and interior design vision from concept through detailed design and construction stages.\nEnsure design intent is maintained throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.\nDrive innovation and creative excellence aligned with hospitality trends and guest experience expectations.\nReview and approve design deliverables, including concept presentations, drawings, specifications, and material selections.\nManage external consultants, design firms, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.\nDevelop and monitor design schedules, budgets, and resource plans.\nIdentify and mitigate design risks, ensuring efficient problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.\nOversee value engineering while maintaining design integrity and brand standards.\nAct as the primary liaison between internal teams (development, operations, marketing) and external consultants.\nCollaborate with brand operators (hotels, F&B, entertainment partners) to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.\nPresent design concepts and progress updates to senior stakeholders and clients.\nCoordinate with authorities to ensure compliance with local codes and regulations in KSA.\nEnsure all designs meet local building codes, sustainability standards, and international best practices.\nOversee BIM coordination and design integration across disciplines (architecture, interior design, MEP, landscape, etc.).\nReview shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples.\nSupport construction teams by providing technical guidance and resolving design-related issues.\nEstablish and enforce design quality standards across all project phases.\nEnsure adherence to project brand identities, guest experience goals, and operational requirements.\nMonitor construction progress to ensure alignment with approved designs.\nConduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and design consistency.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.\n10-15 years of experience in architecture/interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.\nProven experience delivering large-scale hospitality or leisure projects (hotels, resorts, entertainment venues).\nStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design execution.\nStrong design creativity and aesthetic sensibility.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\nIn-depth knowledge of hospitality design standards and guest experience principles.\nProficiency in design and documentation tools (AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Suite, etc.).\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.\nExperience working in KSA or GCC region.\nFamiliarity with KSA regulatory frameworks and approval processes.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.\nThis includes:\nTax-free salary.\nLife insurance coverage.\nMedical insurance.\nAnnual leave balance.\nCompany gratuity scheme.\nDiscretionary bonus program.\nAnnual flight contribution.\nTransportation & housing allowances.\nEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, personal health, fitness, and nutrition.\nSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.\nAbout AtkinsRéalis\nWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
