ideas to life and create lasting impact.\nThe role\nThe Digital Delivery Lead is a leadership role responsible for the execution, technical delivery and operational excellence of digital projects across the global Creative Design practice.\nLeading the Visualisation, Real-Time and Development capabilities, the role will establish consistent delivery frameworks, technical standards and ways of working that enable teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences efficiently and at scale.\nWorking closely with operational and senior leadership, Discipline leads, Project Managers and Client Leads, the Digital Delivery Lead will drive delivery excellence, innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring our digital capabilities evolve in line with client needs, business priorities and emerging technologies.\nYour role\nLead the successful delivery of complex digital projects from mobilisation through to launch, ensuring high standards of technical performance, visual quality, usability and user experience.\nPartner with Discipline Leads and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage pipeline and grow digital capability globally.\nWork in partnership with Discipline Leads to establish and embed delivery frameworks, governance and quality assurance, drawing on discipline expertise to inform technical standards and best practice.\nEnsure projects are effectively planned, resourced and managed against quality, timeline, budget and client objectives.\nDrive operational efficiency through improved processes, workflows, tools and automation, working collaboratively with Discipline Leads and Senior Leaders to ensure changes support and enhance existing discipline practices.\nPartner with Development experts to evolve best practice for real-time and interactive technologies, including Unity, Unreal Engine and emerging digital platforms.\nProvide digital delivery and solution leadership to project teams, working alongside relevant Discipline Leads and technical experts to provide direction, coaching and problem-solving support.\nChampion a technology-agnostic approach to solution design, bringing together the appropriate discipline expertise to identify and recommend platforms and technologies that maximise client value, project outcomes and long-term sustainability.\nWorking with the AI Champions, explore and responsibly adopt AI-enabled and agentic workflows, automation and emerging development practices, fostering experimentation, continuous learning and innovation.\nBuild stronger connectivity across regional digital teams, increasing visibility, knowledge sharing and collaboration to ensure capabilities, expertise and opportunities are leveraged globally.\nEncourage modern delivery approaches, including rapid prototyping, AI-assisted development (e.g. Copilot, Cursor and similar tooling), agentic workflows and \"vibe coding\" techniques, while maintaining appropriate quality, security and governance standards.\nManage delivery risks, dependencies and escalations to protect successful project outcomes.\nPartner with Client Leads and senior stakeholders to shape delivery strategies and build trusted client relationships.\nBalance technical, client and commercial requirements, supporting effective resource utilisation and project profitability.\nDevelop business cases and investment opportunities that support the growth and evolution of digital capabilities.\nFoster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing culture, developing future leaders and technical specialists.\nAbout you\nSignificant experience leading digital delivery within an experiential, digital, creative or development environment.\nProven experience leading large, multidisciplinary technical and delivery teams.\nStrong understanding of software development, visualisation and real-time technologies, such as Unity and Unreal Engine, with the ability to provide technical direction, establish standards and support troubleshooting, without necessarily being hands-on in day-to-day production.\nExperience evaluating and selecting technologies, platforms and delivery approaches based on client outcomes, business value and project requirements rather than personal or team preference.\nDemonstrated experience adopting AI-assisted delivery methods, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, quality and scalability.\nConfidence leading teams in the application of modern development practices, including rapid prototyping, AI-assisted coding, Azure DevOps based delivery and evolving software delivery methodologies.\nStrategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation, technical excellence, commercial objectives and practical delivery considerations.\nProven ability to assess complex problems, identify pragmatic solutions and guide teams through ambiguity and technical challenges.\nStrong appreciation for visual quality, user experience and technical performance, with a track record of delivering robust, scalable and high-quality digital products and experiences.\nStrong knowledge of digital delivery methodologies, governance, quality assurance and technical standards.\nGood understanding of technical architecture, performance, security, API integration, platform strategy and modern development practices.
