You will be part of an experienced team that have a significant impact on the successful delivery of these multi-million-pound contracts, using state of the art Project Controls tools and techniques that provide concise information to the projects they support in the UK and overseas.\nYour Role\nEstablish and maintain document control systems and procedures.\nReceive, log, track, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.\nEnsure documents are filed and archived according to company standards.\nMaintain version control and ensure only current versions are in circulation.\nCoordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of documents.\nMonitor document workflows and ensure deadlines are met.\nPrepare reports on document status and compliance.\nTrain staff on document control procedures and systems.\nEnsure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.\nSupport audits and inspections by providing required documentation.\nPerform administrative function on EDMS systems by assigning user roles and permissions.\nAbout you\nProven experience in document control or records management.\nGood working knowledge of EDMS - Bentley ProjectWise, ALIM Web AssetWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Asite, Business Collaborator, Teamcenter etc.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritise work and meet target deadlines.\nKnowledge of ISO standards related to document control.\nReward & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
