The successful candidate will be responsible for site coordination, progress monitoring, stakeholder management, quality oversight, and project reporting to ensure successful execution and handover of project works.\nYour role\nSite Supervision & Coordination\nMonitor daily construction, fit-out, and infrastructure activities on site.\nAttend site meetings, inspections, and coordination sessions.\nCoordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.\nMaintain records of site activities, issues, delays, and corrective actions.\nProject Monitoring & Reporting\nTrack site progress against approved schedules and project milestones.\nPrepare daily and weekly progress reports.\nDocument work progress through site photographs and inspection records.\nIdentify and escalate project risks, delays, and critical issues.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders at site level.\nFacilitate communication and resolution of site-related issues.\nCoordinate site access, permits, and operational requirements where necessary.\nQuality, Safety & Compliance\nMonitor compliance with project specifications, approved work methods, and safety requirements.\nIdentify quality issues, safety concerns, and non-conformances.\nFollow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure.\nTesting, Commissioning & Handover\nSupport inspections, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.\nCoordinate defect rectification and close-out activities.\nVerify completion of punch list items and handover documentation.\nAssist with project completion and handover to the end user.\nDocumentation & Administration\nMaintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, drawings, and site records.\nTrack RFIs, site instructions, change requests, and action items.\nSupport project managers with coordination and administrative activities.\nKey Deliverables\nDaily site progress reports.\nWeekly progress and status updates.\nSite inspection and observation reports.\nDefect and action item tracking logs.\nHandover and completion documentation.\nProject status reports and stakeholder updates.\nAbout you\nDiploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.\n5-8 years of experience in site supervision, project coordination, construction management, or building services projects.\nExperience in data centre, mission-critical, industrial, testing and commissioning, MEP, or large-scale building projects is highly preferred.\nGood understanding of electrical systems, construction methodologies, quality standards, and site safety requirements.\nExperience coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors, and multiple project stakeholders.\nStrong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications and project reporting tools.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.\nWillingness to be based on-site in Kuala Lumpur or Johor Bahru as required.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.\nThis includes:\nComprehensive life insurance coverage.\nPremium medical insurance.\nGenerous annual leave balance.\nFlexible and hybrid work solutions.\nRemote work opportunities outside of country.\nDiscretionary bonus program.\nRelocation assistance.\nTransportation & housing allowances (available for remote work locations).\nEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, personal health, fitness, and nutrition.\nSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.\nAbout AtkinsRéalis\nWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
