We are committed to creating an environment where you can develop your career, contribute to meaningful projects, and help shape solutions that make a lasting impact.\nYour role\nLead multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility and FEED through detailed design, construction, commissioning, and handover.\nProvide engineering leadership across civil, structural, buildings, utilities, and infrastructure packages, ensuring effective integration between disciplines.\nOversee engineering delivery to achieve programme, budget, quality, safety, and technical performance objectives.\nCoordinate design reviews, engineering assurance activities, and governance processes to support robust project delivery.\nBuild strong relationships with engineering teams, contractors, suppliers, clients, and regulatory stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.\nReview and support key engineering deliverables, technical submissions, construction methodologies, and temporary works proposals.\nIdentify and manage technical risks and opportunities while supporting procurement, contractor engagement, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.\nFoster a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture while supporting the development, coaching, and growth of engineering teams.\nAbout you\nWe take a strengths-based approach because we know successful leaders bring a variety of experiences, perspectives, and ways of working.
