This role partners with project managers, discipline leaders, and human resources to develop resource forecasts, identify gaps, optimize workforce allocation, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.\nYour role\nPlanning & Forecasting:\nAssist lead to develop and maintain short-term and long-term resource forecasts based on project portfolios, business pipelines, and operational requirements.\nAnalyze workforce demand and capacity to identify resource shortages, surpluses, and critical skill gaps.\nSupport annual workforce planning and budgeting activities.\nCollaborate with project and functional managers to align staffing needs with business priorities.\n Assume cost control tasks within project control discipline, by quantifying the resource and covert into price model for forecasting purpose.\nAnalytics & Reporting:\nMonitor resource utilization, availability, productivity, and workforce trends.\nUpdate Bridget Bench system, create dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, EcoSys, or other reporting platforms.\nAssist lead to provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and optimize resource deployment.\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) related to staffing, utilization, and resource performance.
