This role involves working on multi-disciplinary projects executed offshore, providing high-quality design solutions to our international clients.\nYour Role\nProduce high-quality BIM models and detailed drawings for highway and railway bridge projects.\nEnsure adherence to technical quality standards throughout the design process.\nDeliver projects on schedule and within budget, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with Canada-based clients, providing responsive and client-focused service.\nAdvanced proficiency in Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.\nWork experience in High-speed rail projects.\nProven expertise in preparing detailed structural design drawings for various types of bridge structures across all project phases (from concept to commissioning).\nProficiency in setting up Revit and CAD standards in consultation with clients.\nExpertise in creating drawing sheets from Revit 3D models.\nKnowledge of reinforcement detailing in both 2D and 3D platforms based on project requirements.\nAbility to assist the BIM Manager in developing and enforcing BIM documentation, workflow processes, and standards.\nSkilled in creating families for bridge and structural components as required.\nExperience in providing technical training and mentoring junior technicians.\nCapable of working independently on smaller projects and leading a team of technicians on larger projects.\nStrong coordination skills with other discipline technicians involved in the project.\nCommitment to quality control during drawing production and adherence to company quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nAbility to evaluate, follow up, and organize meetings to clarify requests for information, ensuring the team has sufficient data to proceed effectively.\nAbout You\n8-12 years of experience in BIM after completing a Diploma / B.E in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.\nIs highly self-motivated and ambitious.\nCan lead a small team and work with minimal supervision.\nIs committed to pursuing professional accreditation with an international body.\nCan adapt to different cultures and build strong client relationships.\nDemonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills\nRewards & Benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
