Your role

• Appropriate academic and professional qualifications (Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree in transport economics)
• Working experience (10 to 15 years) in Transport Appraisal software like TUBA, COBALT, AMAT, WITA and other bespoke spreadsheet assessments.
• Experience and knowledge of Transport Economic concepts and guidance.
• Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment.
• Strong numerate and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel.
• Experience in programming skills like Python, PowerBI, Excel-VBA and R.
• Able to write a quality technical report.
• Ability to work in a team as part of a wider project.
• Good written communication skills.
• Be able to work individually.
• Be able to delegate the tasks.

• A master’s degree in project management or equivalent is a plus.
• Chartered status / Professional certifications (e.g., MAPM, Prince 2 practitioner, PMP, MRICS) is an added advantage.
