  • Lead schedule review meetings and planning workshops with project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, and supervision teams to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Review and monitor procurement schedules, material delivery schedules, and authority approval timelines.
  • Assess contractor manpower, equipment, and resource allocations against project requirements.
  • Perform productivity analysis and monitor construction performance indicators.
  • Maintain and update project dashboards, progress measurement systems, and project control tools.
  • Support commercial teams in the evaluation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay analysis, and disruption claims.
  • Conduct forensic schedule analysis and provide recommendations on schedule-related contractual matters.
  • Identify potential project risks and opportunities and support the maintenance of the project risk register.
  • Ensure compliance with project controls procedures, reporting standards, and client requirements.
  • Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Provide strategic advice to project leadership on schedule optimization and project delivery improvements.
  • Mentor and supervise planning engineers and project control staff.

About you
