The role demands strong technical leadership, the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert, and a growing reputation both internally and externally. Responsibilities include leading complex design packages, ensuring “Safe by Design” principles, driving digital transformation, and promoting quality and technical governance. The candidate will contribute to business strategy through research and innovation, mentor teams, and support knowledge management initiatives, while maintaining commercial awareness and client engagement. This is an opportunity to influence multidisciplinary projects, develop technical capability within the team, and progress toward senior technical authority roles.\nYour role\nTakes a leadership role and trusted to make decisions, typically at group / team level or within a specific area of the business. Develops capabilities within their own team.\n\nHigh level of accountability.
