This position is located in Etobicoke and/or Vaughan, Ontario but we would consider applicants in the greater Toronto area as well that have good geotechnical skills from projects such as transportation, tunnels, highways, rail, municipal roads and bridges.\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Principal Geotechnical Engineer with good technical and engineering skills and a professional engineering designation - (P.Eng) to work on exciting projects where they can make their mark and move their career forward. This role offers a hybrid work environment, growth potential and a good work-life balance.\nYour role\nWork closely with a variety of AtkinsRéalis professionals in multiple sectors such as transportation, tunnel, rail & transit, energy, cities and developments as well as industrial.\nParticipate on multi-disciplinary teams and projects and will be expected to collaborate on multidisciplinary projects of all scales.\nExecute major programs, supporting complex proposals, mentoring of junior staff, as well as act as technical reference.\nDevelop and expand our infrastructure geotechnics capability by building on the existing portfolio of our rapidly expanding, flexible and outward looking team that can tackle work across a broad spectrum of sectors.\nAbout you\nMust have 8+ years of holding P.Eng. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role.
