AtkinsRéalis is dedicated to engineering a better future for our planet and for future generations.\nYour Role\nManage relationships with client project teams to ensure ongoing risk management support.\nCollaborate with client project teams to gain a thorough understanding of projects and analyze client-provided documentation (scope, schedule, estimates).\nFacilitate risk management workshops while ensuring that appropriate records of discussions are maintained.\nEnter data and run schedule modeling software, with Safran being the preferred tool.\nManage the preparation of presentations, executive summaries, and comprehensive reports for each project by using standard templates and drafting preliminary content.\nPerform quality assurance (QA) reviews on all documentation before it is submitted to the client.\nUse @Risk to generate cost modeling insights and develop various modeling scenarios.\nPrepare risk-related content for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and develop and maintain internal risk management training materials.\nSupport internal project risk management and provide guidance on best strategies for projects and proposals.\nMaintain and regularly update internal processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure a consistent business approach aligned with corporate strategy.\nGenerate business opportunities in risk management with external clients.\nManage multiple project workloads simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
