We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager with strong project management, planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication abilities.\nYour role\nCoordinate and manage multiple projects.\nDevelop and manage project budgets and cost controls.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks.\nLead and motivate project control teams.\nManage relationships with clients, contractors, and senior management.\nPresent complex information clearly to stakeholders.\nAnalyze project data for actionable insights.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations.\nManage changes in project scope, schedule, and budge.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).\nPMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.\nExperience in project controls and managerial role.\nProficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project).\nAdvanced MS Excel skills.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nStrategic thinking and attention to detail.\nAdaptability and high ethical standards.\nCommitment to continuous improvement.\nReward & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
