The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across global projects.\nYour role\nCommon Data Environment (CDE) Management\nEstablish and maintain secure, centralized, and scalable Common Data Environments.\nEnsure project information is structured, governed, and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.\nImplement data governance standards, naming conventions, workflows, and document control procedures.\nMaintain data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.\nProject Mobilization & Digital Implementation\nLead project setup and mobilization activities for project information management systems.\nConfigure and deploy digital tools, workflows, and reporting frameworks for new projects.\nSupport implementation of project controls systems and integration between platforms.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.\nAdvanced Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using Power BI.\nCreate robust data models, KPIs, measures, and DAX calculations to support project controls and management reporting.\nDevelop automated reporting solutions providing real-time project insights.\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.\nDeliver ad hoc reporting and executive-level dashboards to support decision-making.\nProcess Standardization & Automation\nDevelop standardized digital solutions, templates, and workflows across projects.\nIdentify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation.\nBuild automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, VBA, Python, and related technologies.\nImplement best practices and lean methodologies to improve operational efficiency.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives through technology and innovation.\nProject Controls & Governance\nSupport development and maintenance of Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) aligned to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).\nApply principles of earned value management (EVM), critical path methodology (CPM), schedule analysis, and risk management.\nSupport project forecasting, performance measurement, and progress reporting.\nCollaborate with project teams to ensure governance frameworks and reporting standards are consistently applied.\nProvide analytical support for cost, schedule, risk, and performance management processes.\nAI, Copilot & Intelligent Automation\nDesign, develop, and deploy Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions to enhance project delivery.\nBuild and maintain AI-powered agents that support project controls, reporting, information retrieval, and knowledge management.\nIntegrate AI solutions with SharePoint, Power Platform, SQL databases, Primavera P6, and enterprise systems.\nImplement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and knowledge management solutions using project data.\nLeverage generative AI capabilities for report generation, document summarization, risk analysis, and automated insights.\nEnsure AI solutions adhere to governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.\nContinuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve project outcomes.\nData Engineering & Integration\nDevelop and maintain ETL processes to support reporting and analytics requirements.\nManage integrations across project management, financial, and operational systems.\nSupport data warehousing, data modeling, and master data management activities.\nEnsure data quality, availability, and performance across reporting platforms.\nAbout you\nBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\n6-8 years of experience in Project Information Management, Digital Delivery, Project Controls, Business Intelligence, or related fields.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Power Platform development and automation.\nExperience supporting large-scale global projects across multiple regions.\nStrong analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nDemonstrated experience delivering automation and digital transformation initiatives.\nProject Information Management & Controls: CDE Management, Project Mobilization, WBS/CBS Development, CPM, Earned Value Management, Cost, Risk and Schedule Management.\nData Analytics & Reporting: Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, KPI Development, Executive Dashboards, SQL, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS.\nAutomation & Digital Solutions: Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel/VBA, Python, ETL Processes, System Integrations.\nAI & Emerging Technologies: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Azure AI Services, Prompt Engineering, RAG Solutions, Intelligent Automation.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive -
