This candidate will be responsible for executing commercial and internal work packages and projects, with respect to process systems design.\nLocation: Bucharest, Romania\nYour role\nLead a team of designers and modelers in preparation of overall plant (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and I&C, Process) 3D models and subsequent drawing outputs.\nEnsure Modelling standards and procedures are adhered to across the team.\nReview and maintain a high level and consistent accuracy and quality of models and drawings with self-check and formal reviews.\nDefine the optimum structure for the project team with established accountability and reporting structure.\nPlan, schedule and track project activities, commitments, deliverables along with resources and budget.\nParticipate in diverse range of meetings and initiatives to improve workflows, engineering tools and information exchange.\nPerform project and design file health checks, model management, maintenance, and assessment.\nAssist in project set-up including creation of execution plans, implement design coordination and issue tracking (clash detection).\nEnsure all models, outputs and project data are correctly established and maintained in accordance with company standards and project requirements.\nFoster a learning and continuous improvement environment to ensure the team acquires and maintains the necessary modelling techniques and processes to deliver project deliverables.\nCommunicate and coordinate complicated technical and management issues to wide variety of stakeholders in a multi-partnership environment.\nResource forecasting and hiring, develop training and mentorship plan.\nSet-up performance expectations and provide timely performance feedback for the team.\nProposal and estimate development for future projects.\nAbout you\nUniversity Degree or College Diploma in engineering, architecture, or equivalent technical discipline with 15 years of experience relevant to the work, including experience leading technical teams.\nExtensive Smart 3D, AutoCAD, Plant3D.
