The role supports quality planning, inspections, audits, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.\nYour role\nQuality Assurance & Control\nImplement project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures for MEP works.\nReview method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical specifications.\nEnsure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and company quality procedures.\nMonitor MEP installation activities to verify conformity with approved designs and standards.\nInspection & Testing\nConduct inspections of mechanical, electrical, firefighting, HVAC, plumbing, and ELV installations.\nWitness testing and commissioning activities for MEP systems.\nVerify material quality and ensure approved materials are used on-site.\nCoordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and approvals.\nQuality Documentation\nMaintain inspection records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), QA/QC reports, and test certificates.\nPrepare quality reports, inspection requests, and closeout documentation.\nTrack corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.\nAssist in project handover documentation and final quality dossiers.\nAudit & Compliance\nParticipate in internal and external quality audits.\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.\nIdentify quality risks and recommend corrective measures.\nPromote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordination & Communication\nWork closely with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.\nSupport quality training and toolbox talks.\nResolve technical quality issues and support root-cause analysis.\nAbout you\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.\n10+ years of experience in QA/QC for MEP construction, infrastructure, industrial, or building projects.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical systems, and testing & commissioning processes.\nFamiliarity with international standards such as:\no ISO 9001\no ASHRAE\no NFPA\no IEC\no BS/EN Standards\no Local Authority Regulations\n\nPreferred\nISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor\nCertified Quality Engineer (CQE) - ASQ\nPMP (desirable)\nMEP Testing & Commissioning Certifications\nRelevant HVAC/Electrical/Building Services certifications\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.\nThis includes:\nTax-free salary.\nLife insurance coverage.\nMedical insurance.\nAnnual leave balance.\nCompany gratuity scheme.\nDiscretionary bonus program.\nAnnual flight contribution.\nTransportation & housing allowances.\nEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, familycare, personal health, fitness, and nutrition.\nSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.\nAbout AtkinsRéalis\nWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
