This role will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and support project delivery excellence both on-site and in client-facing environments.\nYour role\nQuality Leadership & IMS\nLead the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Luxury projects.\nEnsure full compliance with ISO 9001, contractual specifications, employer’s requirements, and relevant authority standards.\nAct as the Quality Management Representative for site operations.\nSite Quality Management - Roads\nOversee QA/QC activities for Luxury projects.\nEnsure Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Work Procedures are approved and effectively implemented.\nMonitor material approvals, laboratory testing, and site inspections in line with authority and project requirements.\nAudits, Compliance & Improvement\nPlan and conduct internal audits, vendor audits, and support external/client/authority audits.\nLead non-conformance management, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventive action implementation.\nTrack and report quality KPIs, trends, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nStakeholder & Client Engagement\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Site Teams.\nAct as the primary point of contact for quality matters with:\nClients and consultants.\nContractors and suppliers.\nAuthorities and regulatory bodies (e.g., RTA, ADM, DMT, MoEI - as applicable).\nProvide quality consultancy and advisory services to clients on road project quality systems and compliance.\nTraining & Capability Building\nDeliver quality training and mentoring to project and site teams on:\nQuality standards and procedures.\nRoad construction quality best practices.\nQuality tools (RCA, FMEA, Six Sigma concepts).\nPromote a proactive quality culture across project teams and contractors\nAbout you\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.\nISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (preferred).\nExperience\n20+ years of quality management experience within Luxury projects.\nProven experience managing site-based quality operations on Mega Luxury projects.\nStrong consultancy and client-facing background, preferably within engineering consultancy environments.\nExperience working with UAE or regional road authority standards is an advantage.\nTechnical & Professional Skills\nIn-depth knowledge of:\nQuality Management Systems (QMS / IMS).\nISO standards and construction quality practices.\nLuxury projects construction methodologies.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, audits, and continuous improvement techniques.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, site-based environment.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.\nThis includes:\nTax-free salary.\nLife insurance coverage.\nMedical insurance.\nAnnual leave balance.\nCompany gratuity scheme.\nDiscretionary bonus program.\nAnnual flight contribution.\nTransportation & housing allowances.\nEmployee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, personal health, fitness, and nutrition.\nSeize every opportunity to sharpen your skills, expand your expertise, and be recognized for the impact you make.\nAbout AtkinsRéalis\nWe're AtkinsRéalis, a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization.
