You will work collaboratively with clients, project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure robust cost control, strong commercial governance, and value for money throughout the project lifecycle.\nYour role\nDeliver cost planning, estimating, and budget management from feasibility through to final account.\nAdminister and manage NEC contracts, including early warnings, compensation events, and change control.\nPrepare accurate cost forecasts, cashflows, and monthly commercial reports.\nSupport procurement activities including tender documentation, analysis, and contract preparation.\nManage contractor accounts, including valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.\nProvide commercial advice and challenge to support informed project decision-making.\nBuild effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners.\nSupport value management, benchmarking, and cost assurance activities.\nAbout you\nExperience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or infrastructure projects.\nStrong understanding of commercial management and cost control processes.\nWorking knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.\nAbility to analyse cost data and communicate commercial risks clearly.\nExcellent stakeholder management and collaborative working skills.\nDegree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.\nWorking towards or holding RICS (or equivalent) accreditation is desirable.\nWhy Join Us\nYou will join a collaborative and inclusive Complex Projects team delivering impactful infrastructure projects across the region and beyond.
