This role involves overseeing costs, managing contracts, assessing commercial risks, and supporting project teams in achieving financially efficient project delivery. The QS acts as a commercial advisor, ensuring compliance with contract terms, financial accuracy, and robust documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nYour role\nReview and process IPCs, ensuring checklists are completed and approvals/ payment workflows are followed.\nReview RFCs, VOs, and other commercial change documents, providing clear commercial assessment.\nSupport commercial discussions with vendors to resolve issues (IPCs, RFCs, VOs, EOTs, Final Accounts).\nMaintain key commercial logs (contract expiry, payment tracking). Prepare contract addenda/ amendments as needed.
