The role requires close collaboration with clients, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to drive project performance and achieve key milestones.\nYour role\nReview and assess contractors' baseline schedules for compliance with contract requirements, project milestones, and construction sequencing.\nMonitor project progress and performance against approved baseline programmes and recommend corrective actions as required.\nPrepare and review short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules to support project execution and resource planning.\nAnalyze schedule risks, critical paths, constraints, and potential impacts on project delivery.\nConduct delay analysis and provide support for Extension of Time (EOT) assessments and claims evaluation.\nReview and validate contractor progress reports, recovery plans, and revised schedules.\nDevelop project dashboards, KPI reports, earned value metrics, and schedule performance analyses.\nCoordinate with resident engineers, construction managers, contractors, and client representatives to collect and validate progress data.\nMonitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure alignment with project schedules.\nIdentify schedule deviations and proactively recommend mitigation and acceleration strategies.\nSupport project controls, risk management, forecasting, and change management processes.\nPrepare weekly and monthly progress reports with clear executive summaries and schedule analysis.\nParticipate in project review meetings, progress meetings, and stakeholder workshops.\nEnsure planning and reporting activities comply with contractual requirements, consultant procedures, and industry best practices.\nReview schedule impacts associated with design changes, variations, procurement issues, and site constraints.\nAssist in project closeout planning, testing and commissioning schedules, and handover milestones.\nAbout you\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
