Act as a trusted consultant, providing clear insights and recommendations to client stakeholders.\nInternal Capability & Tool Development (AtkinsRéalis)\nIdentify opportunities to improve and standardise AtkinsRéalis project controls reporting frameworks, tools and processes.\nContribute to the development of reusable dashboards, automation workflows and digital solutions that can be deployed across projects.\nSupport internal initiatives aimed at improving data confidence, reporting maturity and digital capability.\nShare knowledge, lessons learned and best practice across the Project Controls and Digital communities.\nDigital, Automation & AI Enablement\nApply AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation to reduce manual effort and enhance reporting outputs.\nUse Microsoft Power Platform tools, including:\nPower Automate\nPower Apps\nMicrosoft Copilot / AI agents\nSupport the standardisation and governance of reporting data and digital workflows. Identify emerging digital technologies relevant to project controls and assess their practical application.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nTake ownership of reporting and digital workstreams, driving delivery with minimal supervision.\nMentor and support junior colleagues, building capability across reporting, automation and project controls.\nCollaborate closely with planners, cost managers, commercial teams and digital specialists.\nConfidently challenge existing approaches where improvement is required, both on client projects and internally.\nAbout you\nEssential:\nExperience in Project Controls within infrastructure sector, ideally in a consulting environment.\nExceptional skills and experience at managing stakeholders such as clients, senior leaders, and various colleagues in a matrix and line organization.\nExperience in a client organisation for a complex infrastructure project/ programme.\nResilience, with the ability to maintain rational thought in a high-pressure environment.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present at programme or portfolio level forums or meetings to senior stakeholders.\nExcellent visual communicator, able to provide insights and analysis through dashboards and visual reports.\nProven expertise in a Project Management or Project Controls Management position, specifically within complex infrastructure projects across sectors such as transport, energy, defence, or water.\nAdvanced experience in Power BI, including data modelling and optimisation.\nDemonstrable experience delivering automation and AI-enabled digital solutions.\nDesirable:\nWorking knowledge of Python for automation or data processing.\nWorking knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming data.\nExperience integrating data from multiple project or enterprise systems.\nExperience working on major or complex programmes.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career.
