To support the expansion of our project portfolio and meet the growing demand for our engineering and advisory services, we are expanding our national team.\nWe deliver projects for municipalities, public and parapublic organizations, industrial and mining clients, as well as First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities across Canada, including urban, northern, remote and environmentally sensitive regions.\nFlexible Location: We are open to candidates based in various regions across Canada, (BC, AB, ON, NB), offering flexibility while supporting collaboration with our national team.\nYour role\nStructure assignments and clarify scope, responsibilities, interfaces, dependencies and success criteria.\nDevelop and maintain work plans, schedules, budgets, and risk, decision, action and change logs.\nCoordinate technical, environmental, regulatory, operational and commercial inputs.\nEnsure the consistency, quality, traceability and timely delivery of studies, reports, drawings, specifications, estimates and permit packages.\nFacilitate kick-off, coordination, review and decision meetings; issue clear records and follow through on commitments.\nAct as the central interface for clients, subconsultants, partners and regulators in collaboration with project managers and technical leads.\nCoordinate feasibility studies, alternatives analyses and technology assessments across waste-management streams.\nAnticipate capacity, cost, schedule, quality, compliance, acceptance and constructability issues and coordinate corrective actions.\nSupport the preparation and integration of ministerial and regulatory authorization applications.\nContribute to proposals, methodologies, effort and fee estimates, and business development on demand.\nCoach less-experienced resources and improve project-delivery tools and practices.\nAbout you\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, environment, project management or a related discipline; a professional engineering designation is a strong asset where required by the assignment.\nProject-management training or certification is an asset.\n10 to 15 years of relevant experience coordinating or delivering solid waste, environmental infrastructure or professional-services projects.\nExperience with municipal, public, parapublic, institutional, industrial or mining clients.\nNorthern, remote or Indigenous-community experience is an asset.\nDemonstrated multidisciplinary coordination and cost, schedule, risk, change and deliverable control experience.\nGood understanding of waste-management systems, regulatory issues and operational realities.\nAbility to integrate diverse inputs, set priorities and advance several assignments concurrently.\nExcellent judgment, organization, autonomy, diplomacy, and written and verbal communication.\nBilingual French and English*; available for occasional travel.\n* This position requires proficiency in English, in addition to French, as the successful candidate will regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients and partners across Canada.\nRewards & benefits\nExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive - at every stage of your life and your career at AtkinsRéalis in Canada.\nEnjoy competitive compensation, employee recognition, and a brilliant range of flexible benefits you can tailor to your health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle needs.\nMake the most of diverse opportunities for training and professional development to grow your skills and expertise.\nAnd take advantage of our hybrid working culture and generous time-off policies to balance a fulfilling career with your personal life.\nBe rewarded.
